Brockhagen: Invitation to an intensive course on apostolic church history!
On September 13, 2025, we will be offering a new format at the Brockhagen Archive—a full-day event entitled “Introduction to Apostolic Church History.” This day offers a structured introduction to the history of the Catholic Apostolic movement and the communities that emerged from it. It is therefore a “crash course” that aims to summarize the most important aspects of apostolic history from its beginnings in the 1820s and 1830s to the present day.

As a new feature, we are offering an intensive course entitled “Introduction to Apostolic Church History” on September 13. We will spend a whole day studying apostolic history and invite you to join us at the Brockhagen Archive. Registration is required. We ask for a donation on site to cover the costs incurred.
Invitation to the Apostolic Holiday: 190 Years Since the Setting Apart of the Apostles!
July 14 marks the 190th anniversary of the setting apart of the apostles in London—an event that can be regarded as the actual founding of the Catholic Apostolic communities in the sense of a religious community. The apostolic churches and communities that emerged later and trace their origins back to this tradition can also discover the essential roots of their faith here. Thus, July 14 is probably the most important—albeit long forgotten—holiday of the apostolic denomination family. We will celebrate it with a ceremony at 7:30 p.m. in the Brockhagen Archive.
